Different for everybody. If you stress a lot, or generally keep your face muscles engaged you will get a defined face much earlier at a higher bf percentage than someone with no stress.
If i go below 15% i slowly start to look like a skeleton in the face.
>>76375773 There is. I wouldn't be able to differentiate koreans and chinese but a lot of japanese, when they have native blood I guess (ainus) have a very distinctive look, almost european (longer faces, less pronounced almond shape of the eyes)

>>76375416 Yes bloating is a thing. Here is my theory: the lower your body fat % you have more tolerance for the bloating effect. It's like some kind of buffer for it. I think ideally the perfect bf is 10-16% for face gain

>>76375371 (OP) Depends on your bf% distribution. Usually the lower the better but there is a point, typically when you start getting into sub 10% territory where you just look emaciated instead of fit/lean, especially as you get to stage lean and get the death face
>>76376634 Majority of people 99.9% on this earth will never reach bf below 10%. Me personally i think never even reached 12% in my life. As a natty it's really hard to go that low. 12-15% is realistic and maintanable with some discipline.

>>76375371 (OP) I'm a mid looking dude but when i was around d 13% body fat I got some decent attention from people on dating apps. During g military training I was defining around 10% body fat but that's unrealistic to maintain all year round. I try to stick to around 13,14%.

>>76375371 (OP) as low as you can go as long as you have muscle. if you dont have muscle you'll look Auschwitz-tier if you get too lean. some people still look good that way, but you'd know beforehand.
>>76375371 (OP) This is his body an honestly kinda skeleton skinny tier with some low muscle mass. But his face aesthetic is really good. What do you think his bf % is?
>>76375371 (OP) For most people its 20%. It largely depends how you store fat as well as aging but the moment you go lower facial wrinkles and nasolabial folds become quite apparent. This is the reason why teens or early 20s are mainly the ones who look good at lower bf cuz their skin is still top.
>>76379872 Left is good enough healthy bodyfat % maybe around 15-17%. Right is overkill too low bf and make his face look older also his hairline is declining.
>>76382325 Alphazoomie, after a certain very young age being lean will affect your facial looks significantly for the worse. This does not matter if you are trying to have a nice body despite the downsides or attract men but if you wanna attract women half a point in your facial looks will outweight you nice 10% bf body
