people will never convince me that that's how the back should normally be, even in bent over rows
"rows and deadlifts will fix your posture"
every other person at the gym has pelvic tilt because they do these fucked up positions
then they go home and seat on gamer chairs that bend your back even more that way

Looking at it closer it does look like he's not doing the exercise correctly. i also can't imagine a tilt like that being correct.

Bucktowtruck says you should do them like that and he pulls like 900. I always did them by pushing my hips back as much as I could. He says that's why people tweak their back on rdls. He says you should instead lean forward and try to get the bar out in front of toes and barely move your hips backward.

I don't know man, I've had the exact opposite experience, if the bar gets closed to my toes usually my back starts acting up. I do that on purpose every once in a while (with lighter weights of course) just to avoid ACKing when it happens accidentally.

this has literally nothing to do with that position being natural or normal
there are african tribes that can jump 3 meters high and chinese women with triangle feet

I do them with trap bar so i wouldn't know, but im not sure if i tilt like that. never had my form checked. i just try to keep my core strong and hold my breath untill i get back up. No issues so far.

I just do weighted back extensions. I hate every deadlift variation I've ever tried.
