Nobody here knows anything about you, so the question is a stupid one.
Happy birthday, I guess.

Your peak is your peak and you keep pushing it or trying to preserve it, or worst case you lose it all
"men peak at x" is a cope by younger or older losers and is backed by nothing but anecdote. Even women dont have an age preference.

I'm 32 and feel way better mentally/physically/financially than when I was 25, so YMMV.

Yep, it's been scientifically proven that your 25th birthday is the peak of happiness that you will ever have in life, everything after this is downhill.

Nope.

Im mid fifties. Was a college athlete and a Chad lite. Despite, I struggled with bitches and my physique was truly mid. Got by because I was tall, I know that know. But tall and skinny fat is not aestehtic.

By my early 40s I was a gross Dad bod caricature. I wont detail all I did, but I learned everything about nutrition and training and transformed my ohysique. It took about 7 years, but by my later 40s I was legit jacked, lean and women approached me (Im happily married and a father, so I dont mess around like that, but its nice to feel appreciated). By my late 40s I was stornger and leaner than I was at 25. By far.

My entire point is that at age 25, you dont know anything about training and nutrition, and even if you do, there is a lot more to learn about what works (hint - lots more meat, fewer carbs) and what doesn't (hint - cardio doesn't, barbells do).

Don't ever trust these newfags who now tell you it's over at 30.

a few decades ago, it was 50.

It keeps getting lower because people are huge sissies nowadays

I mean, what happened to Gary Cooper?

You know.. the strong silent type.
He was not gay, that's for sure.

I peaked at 28. Thats when I found myself having virtually unlimited money relative to my tastes. I was physically strong and lean. I could go to a bar and expect to come home with a chubby girl at the very least but occasionally got some hot girls. Still had a good a hairline. If you do things right at 28 you are old enough to have all of the oldfag advantages but can still get 20 year old girls based on physcial attraction and not "high value man" shit. Its the peak

I turned 30 recently and i'm in better shape than i've ever been.
I started lifting at 23 and i'm only getting better and more flexible, i even taught myself to do handstands last year, i can maintain it for up to a minute.
It only ends when you say it does.
