If you use a calorie tracker, some of them have activities baked in as a logging option - you log 30 minutes of treadmill and it decreases the calories you ate according to the app. So you can try doing that, or you can just do what I do and try and average out how many kcals you burn in an activity. I might be wrong, but the number I always worked with was 350-450kcals per 1hr of working out at the gym. 300-400 kcals per any other sport session, for example bouldering or BJJ
