Bros, I've been weighing myself every single day, and I feel super sad when I see I've gained weight.

I've lost more than 20 kg during the last 7 months, built some muscle, but lately I've been stagnating.
EVEN WORSE, I've eaten like shit for the past three days, and I went from 69.5 to 72.9 kgs. What the fuck do I do? I discipline myself during the week, but once the weekend comes, I can't fucking control myself. I always feel like - AH! You did good this week, you can afford a burger, or a pizza, or shit like that. And I feel it's normal, but GOD I feel fucking disgusting now.

How often do you weigh yourself? When I started, I kept it to once a week, but now I do it every single fucking day, even multiple times a day. What is the normal weight oscillation during the day? How do I get past this HARD FUCKING TIME without wanting to kill myself? Is a 24-hour fast gonna reset me?

Weight fluctuates so only measure yourself once a week and look at your progression over the span of months. Also why don't you have a single chest meal per week. That way you have something to look forward to and you won't be able to vibe your snacking.

If you weigh yourself multiple times a day, you're in a great position to answer how much your weight oscillates throughout the day. For instance, when you're full of shit you're going to weigh more.

ah it's not constant, sometimes more, sometimes less. I try NOT TO do it multiple times a day. was wondering if there's like a norm, but I guess it depends on a bunch of stuff.

there was this retard on here the other day who said he's heavier after he's taken a shit and someone said he can shit out his gains I keep thinking about that

You’re overthinking it. If you’re gonna weigh yourself, do it in the morning right when you wake up and after you take a piss. Weigh yourself naked. Do it once a week. Stop being a retard.

Monitoring your weight multiple times a day will fuck with your mind, no matter who you are. There is no way you could possibly make a modification to your diet plan in just a couple of hours; it has to be long term. Try to monitor the calories you eat each week and monitor weight once a week on the same day. Then, make a rational decision every 2 weeks, and stick to it. Do not micromanage; it will fuck with your mind.
