Dont use it often if youre nutting for kids, its bad for your sperm but its good to get rid of microplastic and some other toxin/heavy metals.

My girlfriends gym has a sauna. She tells me girls will go in it, pre-workout, fully dressed, with their phones, and just stay there for 15-20 min.
We haven't yet been able to figure out the reason for this.
My theory is they do this to look sweaty for gym selfies without actually having to workout.

>>76382198I would not. The best way to get a healthy heart is cardio. The rapid shift from hot to cold spikes your blood pressure and has caused heart attacks in older people. I just don't think it can be good for anyone. You can still get into cold water, just do it slowly. Don't dump a bucket of ice water on your head after you've been roasting yourself for 20 minutes.

The heat should help with inflammation, but it's not gonna make you an athlete.
It helped with DOMs for me but it might be just in my head.
