Do you mean only women are using it, or that only women are allowed to use it? If it's the latter, you should send a strongly worded letter in the mail to that gym.

Dont use it often if youre nutting for kids, its bad for your sperm but its good to get rid of microplastic and some other toxin/heavy metals.

It’s common sense. Human testicles are outside of the body because anything body temperature or above kills sperm. A sauna is way hotter than body temperature. Also you literally sweat out the toxins

My girlfriends gym has a sauna. She tells me girls will go in it, pre-workout, fully dressed, with their phones, and just stay there for 15-20 min.

We haven't yet been able to figure out the reason for this.
My theory is they do this to look sweaty for gym selfies without actually having to workout.

Its a good cardiovascular stressor similar to cardio but tahts about it
You don't sweat out toxins, your kidneys and liver are taking care of 99.9% of that

I would not. The best way to get a healthy heart is cardio. The rapid shift from hot to cold spikes your blood pressure and has caused heart attacks in older people. I just don't think it can be good for anyone. You can still get into cold water, just do it slowly. Don't dump a bucket of ice water on your head after you've been roasting yourself for 20 minutes.

As a man, it can help de clogging your pores.
The heat should help with inflammation, but it's not gonna make you an athlete.
