steroids won't change the shape of your bones BUT steroids can either make your face look puffier (water retention from wet compounds) or more defined (fat loss from cutting compounds)
the only thing that *can* change the actual *shape* of your skull is growth hormone, but it always makes everyone look worse

The more anabolic the steroids, the better they are for cutting, which means the wet ones are the best. Cutting steroids just don't convert to estrogen that increases water retention, so they're "dry." They shouldn't be called cutting steroids. They're nice if you want to look leaner than you otherwise would.

I'm just wondering if androgens can further increase facial masculinity in men. Hormones do change your face.

Growth hormone makes your face larger. It is well known the fuck up your face. The OP is about steroids, specifically. Derek from MPMD essentially points out that the water retention you get from steroids might make your face a bit bloated, and it makes you look like you have botox in your face, but that is temporary and can be reduced with a smaller dose. anyways gear alone wont do much for you structure wise. using high doses of HGH can, but it won't look the way you want. look at people with acromegaly, thats what happens when you have excess GH. not really aesthetically pleasing.

it should be noted that using steroids can cause hypertrophy of your face muscles, which may give it a more rigid and structured appearance when lean. it rarely looks good though.

Varbies don't because they take anavar, which doesn't masculinize. If you just mean roider women then yeah it virilizes and masculinizes them, but thats only because they haven't been exposed to anywhere near the amount of androgens gear exposes them to. It literally causes a puberty for them that causes those changes. Men already go through a puberty due to androgens, and can't undergo significant changes post that.

Steroids can masculinize your face yeah, you have muscles in your jaw for example and they will hypertrophy more than usual but not to a huge extent. It can increase facial hair growth.
