Is there any way to increase clavicle length without resorting to surgery? I have uneven shoulders where my left side is much more narrower than my right. I heard bone stops growing at 25 and I am 25 so is it game over

just grab them and stand in the middle
the weight will transfer through the joints onto the clavicles
this will take your clavicles maybe 6 months to a year to get even the smallest of changes but it will change over time

Your skeleton is kinda done growing, but you might be able to grow the small connecting muscles and tissues. This is especially possible in the rib cage using pullover movements like cross-bench, moon bench, and hanging pullovers, as they stretch the small muscles and tissues that stitch the rib cage together. Your clavicles are the clavicles you're stuck with though, try doing Scott presses along with an overhead press movement and see if you can add some size that way.
