>Fml I'm a manlet
>Want to get big and strong
>Insecurity leads to bloatlord videos
>See massive weights being moved, feel motivated
>4500 calories+ a day, no cardio, exclusively lift weights
>Make bigtime gains
>Make too much bigtime gains
>Started off benching the bar, ORM was 150kg
>Sounds impressive, except over the 2 year span I went up to 115kg
>Stretch marks and scars on my belly and biceps
>Feel the skin tearing so hate wearing shirts
>Feel disgusting and out of breath
>Ankles hurt to shit
>Started losing weight after 2 years of not even trying to be healthy in pursuit of strength

Currently at 92kg, with lots more progress to go, but I'm much better now. Did keep some strength gains, but I would never wish this curse on anyone

Also former twink here. I held back with bulking for a long time, but it's impossible to make progress without gaining like a pound a week or more. I think we have to stick to short but intense bulking phases and cut often to avoid going full bloat.
