I've been sweating a lot more than I used to, noticeably more. It's getting a bit insane, especially at the gym.

Last Monday, a girl kept looking over at me while I was working out, and I doubt it was because of my physique... I probably looked like I was being slow-roasted—drenched and miserable.

Anyone else deal with this? Any tips or explanations?

You're not fat enough that that should be a major cause, you may just need to become heat adapted or used to exertion. Or maybe you're just a sweaty son of a bitch. I'd always be fucking soaked at the gym (if I did cardio — usualyl 30 minutes on a stairmill or one of those steep incline treadmills), it is what it is.

I was gonna say leanmaxx asap but your weight is fine for your height.. still, if you have excess bodyfat you will sweat more. Since getting to 12-13% bf, I am always cold and even when exerting myself I don't sweat that much. As long as your hygiene is on point and you smell clean, you should be fine- I wouldn't sweat it

Who cares? I walk to my gym so I come in pre-sweated, I do some stretching before squatting and my t-shirt is already wet. After I warm up and do my first set it's soaked, like I just took the shirt out of the washing machine. The following sets have me dripping on the floor, no matter how much I try to dry myself.

I just randomly developed hyperhidrosis at some point. I sweat mainly on my head and under my armpits, but also on my chest and back. At least I don't have sweaty hands, but it's still bad. What helps is keeping my electrolyte balance in check and just using things like a cold compress or a wet towel on my neck.

I bring a towel to the gym that I keep with me during compound lifts, since they usually make me sweat a decent amount. I recommend this practice, just get a couple of cheap towels from Target or whatever. My gym doesn't have paper towels, only hand dryers, so it comes in handy.
