does food just pass through certain people without being digested? i think think it's just high metabolism.

Yes, these professional eaters likely have adaptations where the more food you eat the more food gets pushed into their intestines without needing to be digested

If it isn't digested, it wont turn into poop. It would come out the same way it went in. Nobody on this planet can survive without a working digestive system.
High metabolism means faster rate of digesting the food.

they all vomit the food back up after filming/participating in contests.
It's the least well-kept secret in the world

Thats the one thing they try to avoid at all costs. Competitive eaters say if you vomit, your body gets very used to vomiting and it will most likely happen during competition which is automatic DQ.
You are probably talking about binge eaters with eating disorders

there's definitely something to skinny girls who take disgusting shits. my girlfriend 5'2 105lb girlfriend can almost keep up with me eating-wise and takes enormous gross shits constantly. she's only gained 5 pounds since high school, so i think there's something to it. meanwhile i feel fat as fuck even though i've stayed the same weight while gaining muscle and strength over the last three years.

Yes. I have a few friends that are missing a bit of their stomach or intestine or something.

good looking people with good genetics have healthy biological systems which control hormones, hunger digestion , fat and muscle deposits. of course you can break this if you go too hard, but ugly people suck.

this is why when you are old and fat, you can just take testosterone and you'll magically lose fat and gain muscle

Tour De France pro riders burn 5k-8k calories a day. Besides the time trials they are on the bike for nearly a 4-6h at speeds that the average person can't come close to. Prior to this during training they are doing usually 20-30h on the bike and burning about 30k a week and that's while fueling for it while on the bike, prior, and after. Fueling during events is crucial to keep going for hours on end.
