I seriously cannot compute how normal people view exercise (or anything involving effort, for that matter). I've been doing it since I was 13 years old with a fair amount of consistency. After almost a decade of routinely exercising, their problems with "getting up in the morning" and such feel alien to me. Like, sure I can feel a bit of discomfort when I get out of bed at an inopportune time, but to let that stop me from doing something with myself? Unthinkable.
