same thing has happened to me before, just add 50-100 cals of carbs to the diet and proceed. You just have a faster metabolism than you thought.
Once you start actually gaining weight, reevaluate your cals every few weeks. Most apps like Cronometer will auto update if you have a smart scale/app that measures weight. If not, you'll have to manually update that shit
