trying 220 kg deadlift soon last attempt only went up halfway
i gained 5-6 kg in a few days one day i even drank 7 liters of milk
i can can say it works for strength and muscle but you gain fat too of course but im not too bothered by it

If you actually ran SS for two years, starting from an empty bar, your squat would be over 1600 pounds. You did not do the program. You did something you think is SS.

5x5 is fine, but generally when 5x5 isn't fine is when you should hop off of starting strength. 5x5 isn't really possible for heavy weights past a certain point long term

the trick is that you dont wait for attention for others, otherwise you'll just be ignored unless you are abnormally attractive (and/or pitiful looking), people want to be with other people, all you gotta do is approach them first, otherwise you are living social life in hard mode for no reason
