Had squirrel stew once, it was absolutely delicious but the texture of the meat was way too chewy, if you don't mind the texture it tastes really good, wouldn't make a diet out of it though.

Pretty solid I would assume. The meat to effort ratio is low though. A lot of work to make a squirrel edible for a minimal amount of meat
