I keep rolling my back during deadlift
Please guys I don’t wanna fuck my back, I’m just getting started
>>76390646 (OP)>>76391490this used to be a problem for me too. you gotta really work on your form, wear some good weight lifting shoes, a belt and a squat plug. this helps stabilize your hips, core and legs, allowing you to maintain proper form more easily
>>76391502>>76392361I kept standing on my tippy toes when trying to do it with proper form, should I stand on an elevated surface or something? Also was considering just swapping it out altogether for something different but ik that’s pretty hard to do because it hits so many different muscle groups. I really don’t wanna fuck my back though I see a lot of threads on here saying deadlifts especially just aren’t worth it
>>76393077you should stand on your head you mongrel
>>76393077Try to perfect your form at lower weights then move up again
I have this weird thing where I pulled 202.5kg as my PR but I can't keep my form right even on low weights, like I round my back even when doing RDLs with just the bar for a warmup, I'm starting to think there's something wrong with my spine.
