Not op but about a week to get from 2-3, 1 month to get to 4 plates. 6 months to get to 5 plates.
Took another 6 months and a year to get to 585. I assume you’re talking about deadlifts. I fluctuated around 185-208 body weight. Currently maintaining 198-200lbs.
