I'm 6'1 245 lbs right now and dexa scan showing 35% bodyfat.

If I diet down to 175 lbs ,around 2lbs/week rate, what bf% can I expect to be if I do it right?

Buddy if you diet down to 175 you’ll look like a stick. Start lifting and stay in the 190s. The ending bf% depends entirely on how you utilize body recomp, which you CAN do in these extreme cases.

You're not going to lose 100% of your bf. According to the calculations you have 86 pounds of fat on you. When you lose fat you'll also lose water and glycogen so that's another 10-15 lbs easy. To be realistic you'll probably lose about half of that after about 5-6 months and be around 17%, which is still good
