i have never enacted in self pleasure, so i cannot give any clear advice from breaking your habits. but i can give you something that could help distract you from temptation.

find something to keep you occupied from your lust. either that be a project, hobby, activity, studying, or some vidya. the more passionate you are with it, the better.
if that doesn't work, i suggest you go on a hike or a camping trip, or visit a nearby city or town and just explore the place, maybe you'll find something you like there.
the point is to keep yourself busy with something, and out of sites with tempting imagery.

Thank you, every bit of advice helps. I envy you (in a good way, not a hateful way) that you never enacted in it. Quiet frankly, i got a lot of books, lots of unplayed vidya and lots of nature to occupy myself with. I guess it all boils down to me actually having the willpower to actually choose that instead of fapping.

i think ive finally optimized my diet, i havent touched added sugar since last year and ive gone the whole week without nuts or cheese.
all that was missing was good protein powder and low kcal sauces for my meat, i finally see the light.

this seems like a good reason to leave this place and never return. constant demoralization threads, conflicting advice, strict absolutes on what 'looks good' from people with no posted bodies, '4 years lifting and look like this' threads, constant hopelessness and despair contrasted with smug superiority and constant disparagement.
if thought constitutes real power, then this place takes it away from you by filling your head with the voices of powerless, resented, do-nothings
the culture of this board seems to be oriented around the idea that no diet/program is ever good enough, no supplement ever worth taking, no physique ever actually appealing, when probably what does it is just consistent effort structured by basic knowledge of fitness/nutrition.
probably better to just approach lifting like a normie and never set foot here again
