19, 6’3”, 178 lbs.

I lift regularly, but my thighs (especially inner) and waist are holding lots of fat. I also have quite a fatty upper pubic area. The rest of my body is quite lean. How can I go about changing fat distribution and/or losing the fat? The reasons why I want to reduce fat in these areas is pretty obvious, mainly sexual health.

Tips frens?

you cannot selectively burn fat. you just have to keep burning it. your body WILL burn fat no matter what. just some areas take longer because they have more accumulated fat.

The only thing you can realistically do is do exercises that target muscles in the fat areas to try and make the muscles shine through better.

yes, this fact is why i originally made the post. I'm lean otherwise so its quite frustrating. I'm sure im just not trying enough. my worry is that building muscle in these areas will make them even bigger and desu thats not what i want. its honestly pretty uncomfortable for my package sometimes because of my thigh fat. I’m almost always in what looks like an over exaggerated manspread lul. I've thought about hormonal imbalances potentially causing this fat accumulation. any tips or thoughts on that? Raising T was my reason for lifting. I do know I’m young and all that tho.

6’3 178 is fat these days?
Damn. Everything I eat is protein. I’m getting ~170g a day from yogurt and salmon mainly. That’s lean protein no?

If I’m still trying to gain muscle what’s a good ratio? I don’t wanna kill gains by losing protein intake obv

You weigh as much as me but you're 7 inches taller, but I've got very little visible bodyfat, so I'm going to assume you're weak as hell and barely lift at all.

Build muscle. It will drastically raise your resting metabolic rate and make your body composition look better even if you keep the fat.
