Higher volume training or lower volume with higher intensity training style?
A lot of pro's (with some exceptions) choose the higher volume style over the latter, along with a brosplit. So they'll do 20 or more sets of chest from various angles.
Is that the way to go for natties, though? Or are we better served training to failure with lower volume and splitting up up to training each body part 2x/week?
