315 does not take 3 years of training, it's elite-level that only competing powerlifters, strongmen or 100+ bw male weightlifters can achieve (almost always with PEDs).
I don't think even Clarence hit 315, he only maxed 310 paused. Toshiki has only achieved 321 and he's an (ex-) olympic weightlifter.
315 is just not in-reach for the average gym-goer.

Try again in freedom units. 315 is achievable in 1/1.5 years for most able bodied, natural men. 6 months if you're young or you were already an athlete.

315 is NOT achieveable in 1-1.5 years, that's just insane, even 6m for athletes is just not possible, otherwise you'd see a real shake-up in powerlifting
