Couldn't grow a full beard til I was 26, still barely have chest hair at 33 despite test levels being through the roof. Some people are just born to twinkmaxx OP. Best thing to do is just embrace whatever you've got going on, don't try to grow a goatee etc if it's too patchy, it'll all come in time.

I had fucking 273 when i went 7 months ago, but i hadnt been lifting at all at the time. the doc said it was normal range and i went ballistic on my parents because they blindly agreed with the stupid fuck. Been raising it (hopefully) from lifting every day for the past 4 months. Havent been back since. kinda dreading it desu.

Leg day 2 times a week with 2 rest days in-between the sessions. Walk a minimum of 6,000 steps a day.
