It's gay. Bodybuilders are some of the most flexible people and the hardest yoga workout will not challenge someone who actually works out. Just lift weights.
It is great if you do powelifting because they tend to stiffen and yoga helps strengthen the smaller muscles that often have a stabilisering effect. Just go to a yoga class if you can. Nobody there judges you. The kind of people who attend yoga classes dont care if you are new or not. only very few people are actually good at it. Start with slow yin yoga everybody can do that. Just take a spot in the back. If you feel like you are bad at it compared to everybody else it is because they often reuse the series for a months time so they have done the same series a few more times than you.
