>In conclusion, collectively, the main stream of this specific research approach reveals that oral administration of honey enhances serum testosterone level in males. The mechanisms by which honey increases serum testosterone may be by enhancing the production of luteinizing hormone, enhancing the viability of Leydig cells, reducing testicular oxidative injury, enhancing StAR gene expression, and inhibiting aromatase activity in the testes

a tablespoon of honey drizzled onto yogurt with walnuts is the traditional ancient Greek dessert.
Make sure it's full-fat yogurt so you get the pentadecanoic acid.

ONE study. one ANIMAL study. one ANIMAL study on rats who smoke cigarettes. one ANIMAL study on rats who smoke cigarettes that proposes the mechanism is just antioxidants protecting the leydig cells meaning you can get this effect by eating any number of antioxidant rich foods such as greens, berries, green tea, and dark chocolate (for a tiny effect size, btw). wow nice one bud

That's not honey. That's bee-produced sugar. Honey only is liquid when it's fresh from the centrifuge, or when it's been overheated to the point where it changes it's chemical makeup.
Proper honey has a consistency like thick mud even after a few days, at the very least, and really good honey that's been stored for a few months can be cut into slices that'll keep their shape.

1. you're likely too poor to buy "real" honey in the amounts you need to eat to raise test.
2. even if you find a "real" honey source they will start adulterating very quickly once they realize how much money they're leaving on the table by not adulterating.
seriously look up the economics of honey - even if you have your own hive it's smarter to sell adulterated honey and inject test.

>A Review on the Protective Effects of Honey against Metabolic Syndrome
https://www.mdpi.com/2072-6643/10/8/1009

>Honey protects against MetS by exerting anti-obesity, antidiabetic, hypolipidemic and hypotensive activities. The mechanisms underlying these effects include its low GI nature, which limits weight gain and accumulation of fat storage; improvement of insulin sensitivities and lowering of blood glucose levels; enhanced lipid metabolism, leading to prevention of atherogenesis; attenuation of oxidative stress; as well as protection from endothelial dysfunction among many others. Therefore, honey has a strong potential to be utilized in the management of MetS as a preventive and adjunct therapeutic agent.

Okay I'll bite. Filtering to only studies that are on healthy adults, there are 6 studies.
First (male bonnet monkeys): About tamoxifen. Doesn't even have control data.
Second (human males): Inconclusive, error bars are way too large to say anything.
Third (male rats): Reduced T, LH, FSH, insulin compared to control.
Fourth (Wistar rats): Decreased FSH, increased LH, negligible change in T compared to control.
Fifth (male rats): Error bars are too large to draw any conclusive results. Mad honey seems to definitively increase free and total T, though.
Sixth (male rats): Decreased LH, FSH, increased T compared to control.

The main conclusion I'd draw is that chrysin (flavonoid found in honey) is an aromatase inhibitor with very low oral bioavailability. See the refs on this study: https://doi.org/10.1016/S0960-0760(01)00098-X

Now please shut the fuck up.

Get a gallon glass jug, put 2.5lbs of raw filtered honey in, fill just with distilled or RO water and shake until fully mixed, add a packet of champagne of wine yeast, take ziplock bag and puncture with tiniest hole possible to let off gasses, seal with rubber band around neck. Put under paper bag for 3-6 weeks. Pour into second gallon glass jug and let sot under paper bag for as long as it takes to clarify (say another 6 weeks or more).

You have now made mead with about a 10% alcohol content and significant amounts of honey left over. Drink for enjoyment and to get honey to raise test. The alcohol lowers test, so it is a net zero, checkmate athiests.

I have 4 gallons already made right now and I'm about to make more, this time with some oranges tosses in for flavor.

very easy to get food poisoning this way, most houses have mold in them and the mold gets into the jugs unless you specifically clean and disinfect the room where you're fermenting it.

You've clearly never done this and you're obviously talking out your butt. If there was mold, you'd see it before you drank it. More importantly, if the fermentation process happens then you'll have alcohol thus resulting in no bacteria or mold in the mixture...which would easily be discovered by PUTTING IT IN YOUR MOUNT AND TASTING ALCOHOL.

I made 6 gallons of the stuff in my living room with nothing more than the process I described. I did disinfect the jugs with rubbing alcohol (rinsed out 4-5 times) prior to pouring in the ingredients, but your stupid point is that the room itself brings in the contaminants. That's the point of the ziplock bag with a tiny pin prick in it. Nothing can get in because once the yeast starts digesting, CO2 is put out and this creates a positive pressure even further disallowing ambient contaminants back in.

You think the vikings had sterile rooms or dirty barns? Why are you trying to shy people away from making mead? Are you an anti-mead shill? Big wine is out here stifling the truth again.

Locally Sourced honey is literally a gift from God. Anti bacterial, use for wounds, good bacteria to help improve immune system. Store bought honey is trash, but authentic local honey is on a whole other level.
The Honey Bee must be protected at all costs, and pasteurization and other sterilization processes should be stopped.

Bread yeast also works in a pinch.
Don't use regular beer/ale yeasts as they tap out around 5%.
