Aim for an anti-inflammatory/Mediterranean diet.(Fish, lean meat, fruits and nuts- especially berries and walnuts, vegs, olive oil, green tea.) make those things a staple..
Find a supplement you researched and take it.
Walk at least a half hour a day.
Stay happy, not stressed. (Randomly think of a few things you're grateful for throughout the day.)
Read the Bible/have faith- those with a sense of purpose and a supportive socialcommunity are known to live longer.
And then just live life and enjoy yourself while avoiding things that could harm your heart (4chan)
