>>76397193I used to be obsessed with pull ups, got to 3x5 with 60kg added at 100kg bodyweight, then i got an injury and couldn't do pull ups for a few months.
I could still row withot pain so i replaced them with barbell rows and my back got so much bigger and stronger when i prioritized barbell rows, dumbbell rows, i've dropped pull ups almost completely now.
I also feel like pull ups make you stronger only at pull ups, they don't transfer that well to anything else really.
