I rest 2 minutes minimum between my super gay lightweight hypertrophy sets of 12 on the machine, and stare at the girls wearing skin tight pussy hugging booty blasters without faltering.

I have my gym in my garage. I'll do whatever exercise, say benchpress, then hit the bike a few seconds or do some dips. Then repeat. Leg day, I'll squat do some dips and/or push-ups then repeat. Im getting great results!
Im on T and Tren Ace as well. I need to eat better, but I quit drinking and good food is all I have left!

all in timeframe of 3 minutes, while breathing heavily to replenish the oxygen in the blood

I found out through my own empirical kind of experimentation that just superseting opposing muscle or different muscle group just fatigues the cardiovascular system and goes against the hyperthrophy principle of strength failure rather than endurance failure

I read stuff on my phone for 30seconds to a minute and then I get back to lifting. I dont think its worth overcomplicating but I think I may be resting too little sometimes.

I always blast Iron Maiden live shows on my pods when working out, so during the downtimes I'm just being on stage and running around. That or stretching.
