But I’m general you are right. I don’t want to sound like a fag but I am honestly stronger and more muscular after 5 years untrained than some people who have been solid lifting for years. I have college level athletes all through my family and it is not remotely fair to compare skinnyfats to someone like me. I was benching 285 in high school and weighed 190 and only lifting during the spring.

Not even a troll/bait thread or anything, desu I made this one because when looking for pics/videos of a younger pre-prime Ronnie I kept seeing threads linking to Reddit debating his old natty status, majority opinion being that he wasn't, a couple examples:

I think the biggest point in Ronnie's favour is the fact he put on 100 POUNDS OF LEAN MUSCLE MASS "after" hopping on gear, and he was already around 30 year olds in his "pre-gear" photos and videos, with years of training under his belt.
Is it really possible for someone who's ALREADY on gear to just 'up their dose' and put on an extra 100 pounds of muscle?

Dorian Yates isn't the only one who believed Ronnie was natural in his earlier shows, Flex Wheeler does too, he was the one that put Ronnie on.

Like idk man, people can come to terms with the fact that there's guys out there who are over 7 feet tall, veritable genetic freaks that dwarf even "taller" people like myself who are 6'2, but when it comes to bodybuilding even the biggest and arguably greatest bodybuilder of all time must be another fake natty. Ordinary people comparing themselves to a potentially 1/1,000,000 or maybe even closer to a 1/1,000,000,000 human being, and claim they're lying because steroid exist, and Ronnie already admitted to steroid user later anyways.

I feel like I’ve seen this same set of posts all over the internet over the past few years. Ronnie was not natural in the OP photo. Not even fucking close man. The absolute pinnacle of natural bodybuilding is not looking like you have just exited a concentration camp, like you actually have some muscle on you. Ronnie has at least 20” completely lean arms here. He was already benching mid 400s and deadlifting mid 700s here. Also, he did not gain 100lbs of muscle mass from this point, he gained about 80lbs of lean mass, from 205 to 285, half of which was likely organ tissue considering he went from an aesthetic 32” waist to a 40” one over his career. And that gain has absolutely nothing to do with his natty status, as he was already far beyond what is naturally humanly possible before he started to take insulin and starting to eat a lb of chicken and rice every 4 hours for 10 years. He said he changed his approach to food himself. I understand you want to believe the hype, and while I do agree Ronnie is an exceptional human being a real one of one, you should definitely re-evaluate this bullshit you’re spewing, you need to think critically about what I am saying and look at some actual natural bodybuilders to see what is reality.
