How to reduce the effects of organ swelling when you spam squats, deadlifts etc and your body starts producing growth hormones?

I started working out recently and I'm swelling up nicely but so is my guts even though I'm not eating more. What do?

this isn't an actual issue and your gut swelling up is temporary water retention at best
