lol this guy unironically inspired me to get into fitness when I was a lanky teen

30 now and fit as fuark. even tho mike was a fraud, seeing a fit confident asian made me realize I could also be fit. his towel workouts were sus but it got me into a routine, I got tiny newbie gains in my room, started going to the gym, made more athletic friends, got more into sports, found fit, kept going and never looked back.
