If I get 6 hours of sleep at night, and take a 2-3 hour nap after work, does it all register as enough together or do I need to lock in on 8-9 hours at night

napping is actually really good for recovery. I would try to get that 6 hours of sleep at night up to 7 if you can. i do pretty much the same thing and nap for a few hours each day at like 3pm and it seems to speed up recovery alot. just try to make sure you sleep at the same times each day and night... it messes you up when the sleep schedule is all wacky.

Isn’t 2-3 hours enough to get in at least one full cycle though

doesn't sus consecuencias mean your consequences, shouldn't they use lo or las instead

it can mean "its", "their", "your" formal and "your" plural. In this case "its".

los and las mean "the" plural masculine and feminine respectively
