i worry that while he's trying to not die one of these supplements is going to kill him. maybe he should do that ancient wisdom from hippocratus- "instead of taking medicine, fast for a day"
what he really needs to tackle is the teleromes problem. that little stack of discs needs attention. if everyone was immortal we've have way bigger problems in society. even so, it's worth an attempt.

>https://ijhespub.org/index.php/pub/article/view/151>A landmark 24-week randomized controlled trial (Multistrain Probiotics) investigated multistrain probiotics in 124 patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) (62 receiving probiotics, 62 receiving placebo). The probiotic group was administered 30 billion CFUs daily of 14 strains, including Lactobacillus plantarum, L. fermentum, and Bifidobacterium bifidum. Telomere length, assessed using quantitative PCR, exhibited a lesser decline in the probiotic group (-0.08 ± 0.07, p < 0.001) compared to the placebo group (-0.10 ± 0.07, p < 0.001), resulting in a significant between-group difference (p = 0.036). >Nutritional interventions and telomere integrity: emerging evidence on the impact of diets on cellular longevity>https://repository.utm.md/handle/5014/32630

>Hepatocytes as Model for Investigating Natural Senotherapeutic Compounds and Their Effects on Cell Cycle Dynamics and Genome Stability> In this review, we will explore the principal signaling pathways in mammalian cells that govern the cell cycle and cellular senescence, with a particular emphasis on how their dynamics, expression, and regulation have been modified through the application of senotherapeutic compounds. The second section of the review will identify key target genes for the metabolic engineering, primarily aimed at enhancing the accumulation of plant secondary metabolites with potential therapeutic benefits.>https://www.mdpi.com/1422-0067/26/14/6794

Heart disease, diabetes, alzheimers, organ failure, sarcopenia and cancer will get you way before lack of stem cells becomes an issue.
