6-7 weeks of training? You'll be able to finish but I don't know what kind of time you'd get. Try to train up to at least 11 miles.

what should I do to get ready for this then? I'm currently around ~30 mpw. Goal is to get to to like an 11 mi run the week before?

If you've never ran a HM before, just look up Hal Higdon's Novice 1 HM program and follow that.
