per week: 4time gym, 2times 15km run, 3times 1hour of swimming. I dont care if its too much cardio or if iam losing out on gains thats whats fun to me

to build muscle you must eat above TDEE and you will inevitably get some fat
to lose fat you must eat below TDEE and you will remove some fat and muscle but you can mitigate this by doing strength training
you can't have both, you are either bulking and getting muscle or you are losing weight and not building muscle, the "lean bulk" is a meme
