TIL that sleeping on your side causes wrinkles. Is it worth compromising my recovery (I am a side sleeper) for looking younger?
any tips how to stop sleeping on the side
actually I find myself falling asleep with my belly down instead of up so that makes it even worse for skin care I guess (it's comfy tho)
>>76401024 (OP)it doesn't. it does cause a lot of asymmetry over the years though. I've been trying to switch from side sleeper to back sleeper for 5 years now and I'm failing
>>76401024 (OP)Hello fren. Where are the proofs??
Used to have a period where i was a back sleeper but i usually get nightmares on my back. I wouldn't mind trying again but waking up with a bad dream EVERY day is kinda of sucking out energy.
>>76401024 (OP)you should sleep in a coffin propped upright, like a vampire
you fucking idiot. you mongoloid retard. you utter imbecile
>>76401024 (OP)Sleeping on your side reduces the risk of sleep apneas, in case you are susceptible to that, which, in that case, would be a MUCH bigger factor. (Actually many muscular men have sleep apnea)
>>76401294There is none because itโs bs
I'm 35, sleep on my side and have no wrinkles, in fact everyone thinks I'm at least 10 years younger, what the fuck are you even talking about?
