How do /fit/cels work up enough energy to do anything at all? I feel completely broken physically despite the mental desire to improve. I cannot afford the medical care required for prescriptions but if there are any low cost supplemental copes then please let me know.

if you're tired, get rest.
>turn off the tv/pc/phone
>cold, dark room
>go to bed earlier than you normally do
if you absolutely can't muster a fuck, take some preworkout and do it tired

Yeah anon:
One-a-day multivitamin
Water
Fiber
Protein
Vegetables
Rest
Just take lots of each of those every day and you'll get the energy you need.

You have to just start doing it when you really don't feel like it. Like stop framing it as a choice thing.
When you poop out of your butt, you clean off your butt. You don't pause consider that not doing it is an option. It's not immediately unpleasant if you don't wipe your butt, but it will make you in the future a less complete man.
Just think of lifting in this way. After a few weeks or months when you notice how rad it is, it will become self sustaining in large part, like the core of a star fusing hydrogen into helium but with you getting a sick bicep vein.
Go with God brother Anon, Christ is the only Way. I love you, things can be better, but you gotta get up and go, now.

Don't compare yourself to other people and start small with things like going outside more, sleeping better, and drinking more water. Set some specific benchmarks for yourself if you like.

I put the glass pipe down just over 2 months ago. As you can imagine going without meth after being awake 72 hours straight every week for the last few years left me rather tired.

I slept as often as I could, often 18 hours a day. Magnesium and multi vitamins helped a lot. Started working out again a couple of weeks ago and started slow just doing what I can comfortably do.

Little and often, slow and steady wins the race. I'm on like week 9 clean and the light is starting to come back on behind my eyes and my workouts are increasing in volume.

Eat real food and get good sleep I would say is the most important thing.

Feeling bad is a cycle. Stay inside, sleep poorly, too much screens, eat like shit = feeling like even more shit.
If you're starting from 0 changing this negative loop is going to be hard.
Exercising, sleeping well, eating well, limit screen time = feeling better.
It's slow to start but bit by bit you will start to feel better physically and mentally. You'll feel positive effects immediately(after your first workout). After 5 weeks you'll feel a lot better and somewhere between 3-6 months living good will feel so good that it will become routine.
