I have tranny-like frame with wide hips and narrow shoulders. Started lifting 1 year ago, mainly doing weighted calisthenics. My strength has significantly increased but my body hasn't changed at all. Sure, I've gained some back definition but that's about it. I thought that if kept gymcelling and eating whatever my mum makes (steaks, eggs, lots of dairy) I'd at least get lean but that wasn't the case. My insertions are utter shit and having gyno doesn't help which begs the question of whether I should actually bulk or not. I see a lot of those so called 1 year transformations where they actually go from having a tranny tier physique to a normal one, yet my physique has barely changed despite me pushing myself to the max on every set. I feel like with my stats, bulking will barely produce any gains for me and I'll just get fatter in the wrong areas i.e. hips, tits. I weigh 155 lbs at 6'1 btw.

You look fine, anon. Your hips aren't that wide compared to your shoulders.

Calisthenics are cool, but to build bigger muscles quickly you will need to train more like a bodybuilder. This means high volume high intensity training. Typically isolating each muscle group and taking most sets to failure. Just look up any hypertrophy training guide to get started. It's boring, unglamorous and painful, but it works.

Yes you need to bulk at least somewhat to fill out your frame. Just dont go apeshit then you'll have to cut for half a year. Hips arent that bad, I used to have similar look untrained but look much more balance now when am /fit/.

My body has an hourglass shape
>but to build bigger muscles quickly you will need to train more like a bodybuilder
I try to add 5kg each 1-2 months to my lifts (I have a weighted vest)
Problem is that my body literally does not change. I look like a dyel freak tranny with those retarded hips and scoliosis. I went to endocrinologist under the suspicion of low T and they didn't even prescribe me T. Said that just because I get muh boners and have a shitty, patchy beard my T levels must be normal. I sincerely doubt that just because I'm not doing le bench press is the sole reason why my physique looks like shit. I envy those with normal bodies. Vid related is literally me

You have LOVE HANDLES and NO MUSCLE WHATSOEVER you fucking retard. Of course you’re not going to have a silhouette like a superhero.
>lifting for one year
Okay good-
>mainly calisthenics
Fucking hell. It’s like you don't want to make it. Have you even read the sticky? Buy a gym membership, eat 0.7 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight, and stick to a beginner program. You’re not dysgenic, you’re just skinnyfat.

WTF anon get your shit together.

Until you get to 13-15 bf while properly lifting actual weights, forget about your bone structure.

Your diet has you down like 10-15lbs and its not you gaining fat its that youre dehydrated, youre not cutting and bulking and are in a compromised state to put on muscle since insulin abuse lowers not only hormonal production but also protein synthesis/recovery.

If you were dieting right youd be wanting to bulk all year. At least eat a lot for a few days of heavy lifting as you gain muscle close to the same amount for up to 3-5-ish days depending on if you hammered delts super hard or just had one hard session.

I mean dips are good but they wear shoulders so much, just do those and pullups, rows one armed, shoulder(kinda shitty)/incline clap pushups(shit tier). One legged squats can do dls or heavy rows or weird angle pulldowns amd cable rows at all.

You are 155 at 6'1. What are you gonna do? Cut? You need to bulk. Prioritize carbs and protein and train like an animal. You need to be in a surplus. It's like trying to build a house and assembling the workers, but you don't give them enough wood and bricks to actually build it.

If your bf > 15% you can do a small cut<300kcal per day and still gain muscle (2.5g protein per kg)

Below 15% do a clean bulk <300kcal surplus per day

No way you really look like this. You're arching your back on purpose. If not, strengthen your glutes so that your pelvis will be more forward and your waist won't be so narrow. Core muscles also help with this, do farmer/suitcase carries.

It is. You need to build your muscles. Calisthenics isn't going to cut it. No one really gets crazy jacked only doing calisthenics, and if they do it usually takes years.

Incline chest press
Overhead press
Pull ups
Rows
Lateral raises
Tricep work
Bicep work
Shrugs

Eat clean in a slight surplus. Calculate your BMI and eat 200-300cal more a day. Track your weight and your lifts. You should gain 1lb every two weeks or so to avoid putting on too much fat.

Avoid sugar and junk food. Eat lean meats, vegetables and healthy carbs and fats. Do this for a year, then check your progress. You have a good frame, it will just take time to fill out. Be consistent and be patient.

Why are people shitting on calisthenics so much? I do weighted ones as well. You're telling me that even if 95lbs added weight I wouldn't get any gains from doing them? Bullshit. Plenty of people have built their physiques from doing them.

Calisthenics require a lot of effort. You're more likely to run out of stamina before the target muscles get the stimulus needed to grow. Since they're compound movements you're always going to be limited by your weakest muscles in the chain, forcing you to not push your larger muscles more. This is why calisthenics aren't best for hypertrophy. They're great for general health and fitness, but OP is complaining about not having big muscles. The best way to get big muscles is to lift weights like a bodybuilder.

You will build one part of one muscle group (back), but it looks ridiculous because other muscles are so underdeveloped. Don't be a chicken legs pencil neck and start doing a proper routine in the gym.

Because they're fat/unathletic. Just look at competitive street lifters and tell me if any of those guys are struggling to put on muscle. If you only do calisthenics however, areas like your traps, legs, and side delts will be underdeveloped, and it's kind of redundant to have to do pelican curls to hit your biceps when you could just pick up and EZ bar instead. Weighted pullups and dips are phenomenal exercises, though.

Just do a 4 day bro split taking all sets to failure and eat 4.000 calories a day for 2 years. It WILL work. The cut.

I like this split:

Chest/biceps/triceps
Leg day
Rest
Shoulers/triceps/abs
Back day/biceps
Rest

This. You get fat from overfilling your frame. You have a ways to go.
