I doubt it. I think the best it would do would give you perspective about how much of a sperg you are and give you inspiration to learn normal behavior. Autistic people have a warped idealized view of reality that causes mental disorders when the real world contradicts it. The best thing that helped me was to realize that if you want nice things you have to play the normie game
