Holy I managed to make a good shake that does not make me disgusted

I bought a blender and mixed (AI suggested):
>milk + chocolate protein + greek yoghurt + collagen + creatine + mixed frozen berries

It tasted like a nice refreshing premium milkshake and after a lifetime of shitty mixes with water or milk and hand shaking and what not this feels like cheating. I am very pleased.

Do you have any favorite recipes? I think this will be my breakfast for a foreseeable future

Almond Milk
Vanilla Whey Protein
Two tablespoons ground chia seed
two tablespoons Psyllium husk
1.5-2 tablespoons MCT Oil
Scoop O' Creatine
Down it with a multivitamin and Tart Cherry extract.

Second shake of the day at evening does not contain MCT oil, just the lunch one.
If I feel decadent, I mix 50mL of Heavy Cream if I can afford the 120 calories.

Skim milk and whey is all i need. People bitch about skim milk being water, but its wffect on shakes is superb.
You dont want fat slowing digestion of a shake anyways, the point of shake is rapid/ easy digestion.

Unflavored whey, milk, and some sweetner pretty much replicates vanilla too for cheaper.

I just asked an AI and it told me a tablespoon of "sodium cyanide" might make my shake less sweet, looked it up on amazon and they have it. Should I do it bros?

>8 oz milk
>1 banana
>2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
>1 spoonful peanut butter

Occasionally I’ll add some honey to make it sweeter or plain Greek yogurt to make it more filling but you don’t really need those. Been making this around 3 times a week for the past few years, have yet to get tired of it
