Is this achievable in 1 year as a skinny guy?

If you're skinny already and aren't at least 50% here, then you're cooked. Arms are easy to achieve here, but this guy has good ab genetics on top of the low body fat percentage.

It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline.
If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser

Shouldn't take you much over a year to build that amount of muscle.

not really, easier to achieve if you have some mass and cut
if you are really skinny you only gain mass fast if you also pack on some fat and then you have to deal with losing it

100%. Even just a basic calisthenics program will get you this far or perhaps even a little further.
Newbie gains are no joke. Just eat right and you'll get there

That core requires either exceptional genetics, or a level of maturity that takes longer than just one year of training.

It really doesn't. Most of having a 6 pack is just getting lean enough to see it which skinny guys can do pretty quickly, if they're not already at that level. Since abs are a relatively small muscle, you can train them frequently and get to OP's pic in under a year. Idk what you think would take so long.

That's not just a 6-pack. It's a well-developed core, which is pretty much only seen in athletes. It's not a matter of just getting lean, and the fact that you seem to think so suggests you have a shit core. Go ahead and prove me wrong though.

So you're saying his obliques are not achievable in a year? You see mid sections like this in anyone who is lean and muscular.

No you don't. Most guys who are lean and muscular have a comparatively undeveloped core compared to the rest of their body.
Laid isn't even a particularly striking example compared to your average gymbro.

David laid has a comparable if not better core than OP pic and did very little direct ab work, not that he is relevant. It doesn't take a year to hypertrophy your abs and obliques to that level.

You're talking about that pic? >>76406290 What do you think he would look like after doing a month of ab work and month cut from 14% to 12% plus the down lighting in OP pic?
