>>76405268 (OP) Any kind of fructose heavy carb (which all fruits are) is a poor carb, especially for a lifter. Fructose literally cannot replenish muscular glycogen. It can be uptaken as liver glycogen, or converted into fat.
Best carbs are glucose( starches are chains of glucose) and milk
goys will do literally anything to eat their processed slop, we live in a time where you can get fresh shit delivered straight to your door, literally no excuses
>>76405524 Ask yourself why the blood sugar increase from fructose is so much poorer compared to glucose. Mind you, muscular glycogen is only replenished by blood glucose.
>>76405608 because it has a different metabolic pathway, fructose goes to the liver and gets stored there as liver glycogen yes, but at least 50% of it also gets converted to blood glucose and guess what, that blood glucose goes to replenish muscular glycogen
>>76405471 i mean they get these shit grapes, artificially dry them, mass produce them and all the above is processed you nigger not cooking a steak obviously idk why I reply to you retards or is it bait
>>76405620 >>76405620 >but at least 50% of it also gets converted to blood glucose No it doesn't. That number is pulled out of your ass.
And yes some fructose gets converted into glucose and eventually released into the blood, but this a lengthy multi-step process. Glucose on the other habd is just dumped into the blood provoking a big insulin spike, which you want as an athlete, for rapid glycogen loading/refilling.
>>76405643 >artificially dry them elaborate please >all the above is processed you nigger not cooking a steak but you're artificially applying heat to cook it? That's processing.

>>76405674 Im right tho. You believe fat tissues glycerol backbone also means fat can replenish your glyocgen? You're floundering, retard
>>76405686 you are not right, your own comments contradict each other which makes you the retard
fructose converts to glucose, you admitted it this glucose will replenish your glycogen you know it, and its not a small amount either studies show its 30-50%
