What’s your approach to cardio training? For me it’s
> 2 days run 3-4 miles,
> 1 day 4on4offx4 HIIT on stationary bike or elliptical (for heart rate monitor
> 1 day high intensity sport
It’s not as much as a real endurance athlete but who has time for 10 hours of zone 2

Daily reminder if you don’t play sports then you are not fit

Lolwut? I mog all the basketballers and tennisers. No hate it's just I definitely have better cardio than all of them and I'm stronger.

I sit on my exercise bike while shitposting on 4chan

I practice rope flow

I structure my resistance training workouts as HIIT units

I walk around with heavy shit in a backpack every day
60+ lbs before water, I aim for 4mph over a couple hours.
There used to be some other autists around before I put on the pack, but I think I scared them off with my heavy breathing
