Does low bodyfat like sub <15% have any health benefit? I mean sure your face will look pretty sharp and model tier. But other than that?
For me now that i'm in 15% range i notice that i have more energy and not easily get tired with less bodyfat.

They're probably eroded the pads in there knees or have arthritic knees so there's less space in the joint and constant bone remodeling has that thicker build up around it. It's like breaking a bone repeatedly to make it thicker because the remodeling will reenforce the area with new material but happening with little chips and stress fractures. Also the slices are taken at slightly diffent depths so you're not seeing the full thickness of the tibia.

yes low bodyfat = higher testosterone
it starts negatively impacting you when you are in the single digits. before that, it makes test higher. 10-12% is ideal.

By normal human standards 15-20% would be fat.

10-12% is 'optimal' and hunter gatherers might have been under even that (what we evolved to be)

I'm 19% bodyfat currently and seen as a healthy weight in modern society. In a hunter gatherer society I'd be scorned for being extremely unfit

Not just hunter gatherer society, but until the mid-late 20th century most people were around 10-14% bodyfat. Only wealthy people could get fat throughout history

Most people also understand that the human body has no need to get fat when its working correctly.

Getting fat is not a sign of gluttony. Its not a sign of food abundance. Its a sign that the body has broken. Its like having a disease like diabetes. If someone is overweight their brain has stopped working correctly and it no longer regulates hunger as it should.

If you get a human being, give it unlimited abundance in a room with food for the rest of its life, but the main caveat is the food is all healthy food. Vegetables, fruit, all non tampered with, chicken with no additives.. guess what will happen. They will not become 300 lbs. They will eat what they need to be full and eat no more.

This whole phenomenon of getting fat is NOT a foot abundance problem like most people think. Its someone eating junk food then breaking their bodies insulin resistance, leptin resistance and more. Once this is broken its hard to go back, like a crack cocaine addict struggling to get back to 100% after a crack cocaine addiction.

Its why fat people typically have fat parents. Genetics are involved but one of the main damning factors for that kid is being fed junk food from a very young age and then they're hopelessly addicted for the rest of their lives.

Once you get addicted to junk food you can no longer properly regulate food and theres no going back. Thats why everyone is fat

Your body fat accumulates a lot of junk, toxins and senescent cells over the years. These send out signals of oxidation and inflammation, making you chronically wrecked.
When you burn all that garbage off your whole system will just run more efficiently
