>21m 5'7", 180, 30" waist
>24-25" thighs
>working squat >3.5pl8, dead >4pl8 after not doing either for six months on a 400kcal/day deficit
>legs look like picrel (totally disproportionate)
>cannot wear pants without looking stupid as fuck
at first being able to squat and deadlift heavy was cool but i'm getting really tired of it and want a refund. unfortunately, i can't seem to shed anything, even at a (carefully tracked) deficit. what am i doing wrong? how do i rescue myself from t-rex mode?

Stop training like a powerlifter, retard. Hypertrophy. Light weights, high reps, high volumes to failure. Small caloric surplus to bulk. Slight deficit to cut, 500cal plus high protein. Cardio. No slop. No alcohol.

No one gives a shit how much you can lift. Looking better is far more rewarding than being strong, especially if you're small. It takes patience and discipline.

T. Same height, but 145lbs, 13%bf and 28in waist.
