I've known people like this. They seem to be living their dreams in their early 20s with their younger 18 year old GF, BMW car, tattoos and steroid body but you talk to them for more than 5 minutes and they're tweaking out about friends betraying them, money problems, stuff going missing, fear of getting busted and robbed, acquaintances ratting on them, sniffing all their own supply and going mad and disappearing etc

All the dealers from my home town got busted but I think its because they're all immature idiots.
