I had two pizza slices but ChatGPT told me I had a 2,397 kcal deficit so it was okay. I also had two slices of chicken quesadilla from taco bell before eating scrambled eggs for breakfast today.

You should find some nutritious foods that work for you. It will be much more sustainable for weight loss. I don't know the full context, just going off what I see.
Look for things like lean beef, ground turkey, chicken, oats, potatoes, milk (wouldn't go whole milk if u wanna lose weight).
What will really help keep you full is fiber and protein. You can get plenty of fiber from veggies, oats, and chia seeds. You should ask chatgpt for some recommendations based off my post.
