if i stopped lifting entirely, and cut my calories, how do i end up as just *skinny&* instead of skinny-fat? being jacked sucks. you get tired a lot and everyone thinks you're poor and blue-collar.

Fasting and low carb helps with losing muscle and maintaining bodyfat. Both are stressors that increase cortisol, reduce testosterone and put your body in starvation mode. Only fat fucks disagree with this, so it is true.

Low calorie intake, basic calisthenics and lots of mid to long distance running. Swimming and cycling are not a good choice of cardio for this btw.
