Does having sixpack abs realistic in your 50++ ?? Or it is too much of a chore to maintain?

How is it a chore to maintain abs? Just eat less
Losing/keeping weight is so easy you just have to not do stuff as opposed to lifting and bulking which actually requires effort

It's not a chore so much as that as you age, but there is a chance of your abs not having quite the same shape, and I don't mean you won't have definition. Just look at young Tom Cruise vs. old. The dude was leaner and stronger in some of the latest MI movies than Top Gun (original), but his individual abs disappeared. Same thing happened to his chest. The pec gap got wider (Terry Crews I believe also suffers from this). This is due to a number of factors that might not be something you can overcome. Connective tissue becomes less elastic, for instance, so even if the muscle mass is the same or even greater while the fat percentage is lower when you're older vs. young, it could still look considerably different.
It differs for everyone though. I've seen plenty of really old dudes on TRT that have abs that pop. I myself am 44 and my abs still look the same.

he looks early 30's in that picture. your sense of "how old x looks" is warped. and its natural i mean it changes, when you are x age yourself your perception of y and z changes. but i can tell you that actual early 20's guys look like literal babies. i think he looks slightly old even for his age, but definitely 28 would be the minimum i would guess.
