Either be a man and figure it out or accept you're a fat fuck who refuses to put the fork down. You can't want to improve and refuse to do anything you fucking retard. The only person that buys food and puts it in your mouth is you. Therefore the only that can stop you doing those things are you. >and my willpower is way too weak
so control the situation where you have the willpower
aka don't buy "snacks", sweets, sodas and other stupid foods in the first place

only buy healthy stuff
and only ingredients, no quick / frozen / whatever finished meals and no fast food

the you HAVE to cook health and portions will get smaller naturally

you can also try Keto or a whole food vegan diet, which regulates hunger or reduces caloric density
but I guess that this won't work because you'll just cheat

if the not buying approach is not enough you can always get
>wegvoy
but that won't be enough on it's own because you rebound once you stop
so you HAVE to change your diet

>except walking
>Certainly not 2000 steps or anything
then start walking
it's an really easy start
just go out for half an hour and walk (might be easier as euro, i heard the US is less walking friendly)
then increase to twice per day and longer walks

swimming and cycling are great for fat people
because they're easier on the joints

but then again
exercise won't fix you (on it's own)
you need to improve your diet (eat less, eat healthier)

Ok here's what you do. Buy a pair of handcuffs, put one cuff around your wrist, then take the key and put it in an envelope, make sure you write your address as the return to address on the back, then on the front write down any address you want. Now the important part -- do NOT affix any stamps. Take this envelope to the post office and put it in one of the boxes. Now go home, take the other cuff and put it around your radiator or other bar that you will be unable to move. Now just wait a few days for the mail man to rock up and shout out for help. When they come in ask for the key. Congratulations you will now have lost some weight.

First of all, stop eating so much. There is no amount of movement at your current weight to offset the 6000 calories that you're probably consuming each day. The easiest, safest and most accessible exercise - walking - for an average man (80kg) burns about 300 calories per hour. This means that an average man needs to walk for almost two hours to burn off a Big Mac. And you how many of those each day?
First, do everything in your very limited willpower to not eat more than 3000 calories per day. You should notice how your weight is starting to drop pretty quickly. Then, include some walking into your day.

let me tell you something, there is not one human on this planet who doesnt derive pleasure from food and drink.
you need to be disciplined for 1-2 months, be active, buy healthy food, eat at a caloric deficit. once the first couple months pass, congratulations, you have developed healthy habits.
once youve done something long enough to be considered a habit, discipline wont be as difficult.

ure not gonna get anywhere if you think your problems are somehow completely unique to you, defeatist mindset.

Focus on non processed food and homemade meals.
Make good stuff too, but it will NEVER be as good as ultra palatable processed food.
That way you'll get used to normal food, and you won't miss it as much when you diet down.

My genuine advice - start eating shitton of vegetables. Doesn't really matter which ones, just eat a lot of vegetables. Fruit too, but not as much. If you have the urge to stuff yourself or to snack, it's better to eat a kilogram of tomatoes, cucumbers, radish etc than to devour a kilogram of chocolate or fried shit.

>I have a severe mental eating addiction
Idk about mental - but you have an addiction, good for you that you recognize that.
>I need fitness routine to help offset the eating addiction long enough to make a difference.
Wrong logic - You will NEVER out-exercise what you eat.
Exercise is a "mandatory" bonus that you will start doing when you have successfully managed to diet AND lowered your weight enough,( around 100kg - do the math ) THEN you can think about exercising.
Good logic is fix your diet first then think about exercising second.

How do you fix your diet ? - In my humble opinion, you should start (before anything else) by removing one by one any group of "food" that is worsening your situation such as sugar - processed food - fried food etc.
When you do the groceries - you will have to make an actual effort to not buy them especially if you buy them regularly.
This is also related to "willpower" - it is a very long running game, it is better to spend "willpower" on tasks that will help you in the long run. Using "willpower' once a week when you do the groceries is better than having the sugar ( or w/e ) around then spend that "willpower" to resist the urge to eat it (you will break 100% of the time).
Very simple counter is to eat a lot of vegetable with fiber because they are actually very low in calories and dense, so you will be full without bloating your calory intake ( pun intended kek ).
Vegetable with Fiber -> Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, google some if needed.
For a standard diet - im 90% sure that I took the info from the sticky and you should check it out too. My post is more about tackling the food addiction issue more than food and exercise.
I will lurk around for a while if you have questions - if not farewell - you can change - it's long but doable.
Inb4 "muh loose skin" - yeah i know - it's worth it anyway

You might be able to do some light dumbbell or resistance band exercises. You'd be better off doing some low-impact cardio then worry about lifting later. Swimming and stationary bikes are good beginner cardio for fatties, walking is good too but at your weight you'll be putting a lot of stress on your knees.

Fasting. It's much easier to not eat at all than it is to eat little once you start eating. Every day eat dinner as early as possible (7-8pm tops) and don't eat again until 12-2pm the next day. Eat 2 meals a day and don't snack.
Drink yerba mate or iced tea during the day. Caffeine and water stave off hunger.

I would get in the habit of walking every day. How long do you think you could walk without stopping? If you can work up to 45 minute to maybe an hour long walks twice a day, once in the morning and evening, you should be able to drop a substantial amount of weight in the next few months (assuming you get your diet under control). I wouldn't worry about starting any other kind of exercise until you get down to around 250 pounds. Your focus right now should be developing good habits if you really want to lose weight. How old are you, OP?

The only movements you should absolutely avoid are running and anything that takes you off your feet like box jumps. I'd also be careful of anything that would challenge your balance since falling at that weight has a way bigger chance of fucking up a bone or something. Try different stuff out and do the ones you like, that way you'll actually want to keep working out.

The mental eating addiction will always be the bigger issue though. I struggled with it myself and still sometimes emotional binge, but its rare these days. I also ordered out a lot and ate ass loads out of sheer boredom and laziness. For me, meal prepping for a week helped since it was more convenient to just grab a meal out of the fridge instead of ordering pizza. As for the boredom, just keeping myself occupied with even stupid shit like gaming helped keep my mind from wandering to "I'm bored I should order pizza".

your muscles take 72h to heal, so create 3 workouts, and do them every single day.
